  • Module 1: Foundations of Online Facilitation

    By the end of this module you will have gained a better understanding of why some of your remote and hybrid meetings are not engaging. You will also be equipped with a whole new mindset and way of thinking about how people engage in online meetings.

  • Module 2: Verbal Facilitation

    By the end of this module you will know the principles of verbal and nonverbal facilitation. You will know how to use the power of your voice to create engagement in any conversation that you facilitate. Understanding a variety of communication styles and gaining emotional awareness, you will also learn the skills to identify if and when a conversation is stuck and know exactly what to do to get it unstuck.

  • Module 3: Visual Facilitation

    By the end of this module you will know the guiding principles of online visual facilitation and will be able to apply your facilitation skills to both verbal and non-verbal communication. You will learn to creatively use visual tools, structures and actions in creating engagement in any group regardless of tools. And you will be able to adapt and accommodate various group sizes in engaging workshops.

  • Module 4: Feedback and Empathy

    By the end of this module you will know about the listening modes, you will learn techniques for distinguishing between observed behaviors and interpretations of them. You have most likely heard about the importance of empathy before. In this module you will finally learn tactics to show empathy as well as use empathy to address dysfunctional behaviors. And lastly you will learn how to think like a professional facilitator who pragmatically adapts to the changing environment.

  • Module 5: Decision Making

    How to help groups make better and faster decisions while ensuring everyone’s voice is heard. Most of the time, the goal of facilitation is to help a group make good decisions together. By the end of this module you will know exactly how to do that. When you have completed this module, you will have all the mindsets and skills needed to prepare, design and facilitate any collaborative effort like a pro.
